We specialise in the specialists…

We like it when people call us cross-trained specialists (who wouldn't) but in reality all we do is listen. We've been listeningto the online needs of travel agencies since 1997. Over the years we developed and fine-tuned a travel back-office system, adopting new technologies as they become available.

We don't exist in a vacuum, so we regularly visit travel exhibitions (like the ITB in Berlin or Travel Tech in Sydney) to see where the industry is heading. We sit in niche travel agencies and tour operator offices and take note. The agents always expose any weakness and the best workflow ideas come right from the coal face.

We also love travelling. We've all been around the world many times and know what we love and hate about travel web sites. Keep it real.

 

 

History

We started as a web developer studio in 1997 and soon specialised in the travel industry. One of our first customers was Phil Hoffmann Travel, the largest independant travel agency in Australia. Phil was the executive Chairman of AFTA at the time and we've learned a lot from the friendship.

In 1999 we started to concentrate more and more on the development of browser based back-office tools.With NiCHE we combined our travel web site experience with sales automation tools.

In 2008 we have been approached by two travel savvy IT professionals in Germany and since 2009 NiCHE travel tools exist in German with local support. This works so well for all that we now plan to sign-up and train one exclusive country licensee per year. Sweet!
